Tenant Welcome Programme

The Tenant Welcome Programme is delivered by Aspire2gether on behalf of six local housing associations, including Irvine Housing Association.  This project works with vulnerable tenants to increase their sense of ownership and pride in their home and to assist them in the transition to independent living, employment, education or training.  The focus is on supporting tenants to improve their home with the intention that they will develop the skills, confidence and motivation to continue to do so.  This not only prevents homelessness but also helps to sustain tenancies whilst improving the quality of life for tenants and the wider community through a combination of one-to-one support and opportunities to build positive peer networks.
