Littlemill Road, Drongan is the most recent project to be completed. The development was completed in August 2010. The development comprises of 22 quality homes for rent, 12 of which are two-bedroom general needs houses, 7 are three-bedroom general needs houses, 1 is a four-bedroom general needs house and 2 are two-bedroom amenity bungalows.

Robert Potter and Partners was the appointed Architect for the project and local company Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd was the Main Contractor.
