Another Satisfied Customer
Irvine Housing Association aims to provide a quality service with high standards, professionalism and integrity at all times.
To monitor and improve customer service, we ask customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey form. All fully completed forms are entered into a free quarterly Prize Draw, with the winner receiving a £25.00 gift card from a shop of their choice.
The latest Prize Draw winner was Richard Fowler of Kilwinning. Housing Officer, Pamela Johnstone, presented Mr Fowler with a £25.00 gift card at the Association’s office on 23 August 2011. He said “As I’ve said many times, the service that Irvine Housing Association provides is superb. Thank you for my voucher!”
